Job Description
Hotel Capitol seeks a Full-time Server to deliver exceptional service in our dining areas. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests; presenting menus and recommending items; taking and relaying orders to kitchen/bar; serving food and drinks promptly with proper presentation; checking guest satisfaction; processing cash, card, and digital payments; maintaining clean tables and service stations; following health and safety rules; and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, basic math ability, stamina for long shifts, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
