Job Description

House of Maryjane is currently seeking a competent Store Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Oversee inventory management.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws.
• Analyze sales data.

Requirements: HND/BSc with 5+ years experience. Must be computer literate and possess strong communication skills.
