Job Description

HR And Its People seeks an experienced HR Manager – Real Estate to drive staff performance, set and manage revenue-linked KPIs, recruit and onboard, manage performance, and implement HR policies and structures. Requirements: proven HR management experience, strong KPI and performance management skills, on-site in VGC (Victoria Garden City), Lagos. Full-time. Salary: ₦300,00–₦400,00/month.
