Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Head of People & Culture to join HR Hub.Ng in Lagos. This role will lead HR operations, enhance talent growth, and drive culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with our leadership team to boost employee engagement and align our people strategy with the company’s business goals.
Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, driving performance initiatives, managing talent development, optimizing HR systems, and coaching managers.
Requirements: 10+ years in HR leadership, a BSc or MSc in HR or a related field, and strong leadership skills. Professional HR certification is preferred.
