Job Description
Lead fundraising, partnerships, and business development to secure sustainable funding and strategic collaborators for HR on Wheels. You will design and implement fundraising strategies; build and manage relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners; prepare and submit grant proposals; maintain donor pipelines, databases, and reports; and represent the organization at events. Requires 5–8+ years in fundraising, partnerships, or development with proven success securing grants, strong proposal writing and relationship-building skills, and knowledge of the African funding ecosystem. Must thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Full-time. Salary: ₦250,00 per month. Location: Lagos — reliable commute or relocation required before start.
