Job Description
HR on Wheels seeks a full-time Programs Coordinator to plan and run workshops, film screenings, book clubs, library and community initiatives, with growth into a Programs Manager role. Coordinate events, logistics, vendors, facilitators, materials and tech; support a non-lending library; track participation, feedback and budgets; maintain calendars, SOPs and reports. Requirements: 2–4 years in program coordination/events/operations, strong organization, communication and multitasking, willing to travel Lagos–Ibadan, Google Workspace proficiency and commitment to social impact. Preferred: nonprofit or cultural/education experience and interest in Nigerian cultural and indigenous knowledge. Pay ₦250,00–₦300,00/month; Lagos.
