Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, confidential correspondence, stakeholder communication, and project coordination. The ideal candidate has 3+ years supporting senior executives, excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar tools. Ability to prioritize, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing priorities is essential. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
