Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Abuja

Work schedule: Hybrid

Industry: HR Consulting

Remuneration: N200,00 – N250,00 monthly net plus Commission on sales target.

Job Summary

Our Client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be motivated, persuasive, and capable of delivering measurable business growth while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Executive, or similar role (experience in HR, outsourcing, or B2B services is a plus).
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and tact.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
