Job Description

HRPayHub seeks a proactive, articulate Client Support Officer in Abeokuta. Serve as primary client contact via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat and social media; manage inquiries and CRM follow-ups; assist digital marketing with posts and comments; create short video or voice presentations; liaise with sales, product and tech teams to resolve issues and improve client experience. Requirements: strong written and spoken English, social media and basic computer skills, customer service or call center experience preferred, comfort with short recordings, full-time availability.
