Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, draft correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, organize meetings, and handle confidential matters. Partner with internal teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth executive operations. Requirements: 3+ years supporting senior executives, excellent written and verbal communication, strong time management, discretion, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
