Job Description

Ibadan Job Connect is seeking a dedicated Performance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain our performance management system, policies, and procedures.

Your responsibilities include addressing underperformance, coaching, and collaborating with HR on employee engagement programs.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills.
