Job Description
IBADAN JOB CONNECT seeks a full-time Human Resources and Business Development Manager to manage client relationships, understand recruitment needs, and drive growth. You will serve as the primary liaison, maintain regular client communication, handle feedback and escalations, identify new business, research market opportunities, and lead client meetings and negotiations. Work with the HR Administrator to review shortlisted candidates, oversee service delivery and SLAs, conduct post-deployment follow-up, maintain prospect databases, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and performance analytics to improve client retention and expansion. Pay: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
