Job Description
IBADAN JOB CONNECT is seeking a HOTEL MANAGER to oversee food and beverage operations. You will plan, organize, and supervise all F&B activities; manage and train staff including scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching; monitor industry trends to improve offerings and guest satisfaction; enforce health, safety, and sanitation compliance; maintain high service standards for excellent guest experiences; and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all F&B operations. Candidate must have 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations or hospitality. Full-time position. Pay: Up to ₦200,00 per month.
