Job Description
ICS Outsourcing Limited urgently seeks a Site Supervisor in Lagos (FMCG) — Salary: ₦150,00, Full-time. You will oversee daily operations of merchandisers, canvassers, and ad hoc staff across assigned sites; monitor attendance, conduct site inspections and quality checks; enforce safety, uniforms, and company policies; handle client communication, complaints, and incident reporting; identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions. Requirements: HND or BSc, minimum 1 year supervisory experience in FMCG, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites under pressure.
