Job Description
We are seeking a Field Technical Support Associate to provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and network systems. You will work directly with customers to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure timely resolution while documenting service reports.
Requirements: 1+ years technical field experience, reliable vehicle, basic networking and hardware skills, strong communication, and customer service focus. Certifications (CompTIA A+ or Network+) preferred. Must be able to lift equipment and travel locally.
