Job Description
ICS Outsourcing Limited seeks a full-time Kitchen Supervisor in Anthony, Lagos. Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00 (net). You will supervise daily kitchen operations, train and motivate staff, enforce food safety and sanitation, manage inventory and supplies, assist in menu planning and portion control, maintain records (stock, temperature logs, schedules), coordinate equipment maintenance, and resolve operational issues to ensure efficient, high-quality meal production. Candidates must have at least 3 years’ supervisory experience in a commercial or institutional kitchen, strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, knowledge of food preparation and hygiene, and the ability to perform under pressure.
