Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Grants and Contracts Coordinator to manage pre- and post-award activities, ensure compliance, prepare budgets, monitor contracts, and support reporting. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience in grants administration, strong Excel skills, knowledge of federal and private funding rules, and excellent communication. Responsibilities include proposal preparation, budget development, contract negotiation support, compliance tracking, and invoice/reimbursement processing.
