Job Description
We are seeking a Capacity Building and Dissemination Specialist to design and deliver training, develop learning materials, and manage knowledge sharing for projects. You will assess capacity needs, coordinate workshops and webinars, produce clear dissemination products (briefs, toolkits, reports), and support monitoring and evaluation of learning activities. Strong stakeholder engagement, excellent written and verbal English, and experience with digital dissemination platforms are required. Minimum 3 years’ experience in capacity building, communications, or project management; master’s degree preferred. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and skilled at translating technical content into accessible formats.
