Job Description
Lead growth initiatives for an architectural firm by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating with design teams to win projects. Develop strategic plans, conduct market research, manage pipelines using CRM, and represent the firm at meetings and industry events. Requirements: professional degree in Architecture or related field, 5+ years of business development experience in architecture/AE firms, strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, proven sales track record, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; portfolio of successful project pursuits preferred.
