Job Description

Ileoja is seeking a Head of Admin & People to lead our administrative functions and people operations. You will manage staff recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and internal policies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities include overseeing administrative processes and maintaining employee records. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Admin and 3-5 years of relevant experience are required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Ibadan.
