Job Description
Ileoja is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and an excellent communicator, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Verify customer orders for accuracy.
- Coordinate with delivery agents for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / NCE / FLSC / B.Sc Degree with 2 years of experience.
- Must have a smartphone with WhatsApp.
Salary: N70,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
