Job Description
Ilésanmí Homes and Properties is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Facility Officer in Lagos. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate maintenance activities.
Responsibilities include: overseeing building maintenance, monitoring expenses, conducting inspections, and responding to facility-related emergencies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Estate Management or a related field, and 2-3 years of facility management experience preferred.
