Job Description
We seek a results-driven Head of Sales to grow wealth management AUM and deposits, acquire and expand HNWI, institutional, and corporate relationships, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with investment, product, and compliance teams. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team; deliver market intelligence and performance reports. Qualifications: BA in Economics/Business/Finance (postgraduate preferred), 7+ years in sales/investor relations/business development in asset/wealth management or investment banking, proven AUM growth, strong HNWI/institutional network, excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Full-time, permanent. Pay: ₦800,00–₦1,200,00/month.
