Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Equity Trading to lead our trading desk, drive execution strategies, manage market and operational risk, and optimize P&L. You will supervise traders, develop execution algorithms and protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain broker and liquidity relationships. The role requires strong leadership, quantitative skills, deep equity market knowledge, and experience with trading platforms and risk systems. Minimum 8 years in equity trading or portfolio execution, proven track record in managing teams and delivering results, and excellent communication skills.
