Job Description

Infinion Technologies is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will manage employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and culture initiatives, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for business units.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management.
• Drive talent management, including career development.
• Implement learning and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design.
• Champion culture and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in an HRBP role.
• Familiarity with latest HR developments in the Tech sector.
