Job Description
Integrated Dairies Limited, a leading dairy producer in Nigeria, is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive. Established in 2003, we provide high-quality dairy products like fresh milk and yogurt. This full-time position is based in Isolo, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle complaints effectively.
- Provide product and promotional information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- HND/BSc in Marketing or related field.
- 2–4 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary: N150,00 – N250,00/month
