Job Description
Inter-Arc Consultants Limited seeks a full-time Guest Service Representative for our Airport Road eatery in Benin City. Salary up to ₦80,00/month. Preferred: OND, HND, or B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related. Must have customer or food service experience, strong communication, problem-solving, POS and basic computer skills, and ability to multitask. Duties: greet guests, take orders, handle complaints, manage reservations and online/phone orders, coordinate with kitchen, maintain service areas, process payments, and support promotions.
