Job Description
Inter-Arc Consultants Limited seeks a Customer Service Representative based on Airport Road, Benin City. Full-time role with pay ₦70,00/month and a one-day-in, one-day-out schedule. The role supports an eatery’s customer service and client administration: answering calls, emails, and walk-ins; maintaining CRM and client records; scheduling appointments; preparing reports; resolving complaints; and supporting agents. Candidates should hold an HND or B.Sc. in Banking & Finance, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, be MS Office and CRM proficient, computer literate, organized, customer-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional appearance.
