Job Description
Inter-Arc Consultants Limited seeks a full-time Water Resources Secretary for its Water Resources department in Benin City. Salary ₦60,00–₦70,00/month. Requirements: SSCE or OND and above, 1–2 years administrative experience, strong typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), excellent communication, confidentiality, and time-management skills. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records and files, scheduling appointments and meetings, answering calls and emails, preparing and distributing documents and reports, managing office supplies and equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and reliable.
