Job Description
Inter-Arc Consultants Limited seeks a full-time Mixologist for its hotel on Amagba Road, Benin City. Salary ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month. Candidates need a high school diploma, OND, or equivalent; hospitality or culinary degree preferred. Must have proven mixology/bartending experience, strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mixers, and garnishes, and proficiency in shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering. Excellent communication, customer service, creativity for signature or seasonal cocktails, and familiarity with bar operations, inventory management, and health & safety regulations are required. Ideal for energetic professionals who deliver polished guest experiences and help develop cocktail menus.
