Job Description
We seek a Project Officer to develop and implement policy and strategy for Ending Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (ESGBV) projects. You will draft policy briefs, support strategy development, conduct research and analysis, coordinate with government, donors and partners, and monitor progress. The role requires strong advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills to translate evidence into policy recommendations. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in public policy, gender studies, social sciences or related field; 3+ years in GBV or protection programming; experience in policy development, advocacy, and M&E; excellent English communication, analytical skills, and ability to work in multicultural teams.
