Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture is seeking qualified Nigerian nationals for the position of Pastry Cook at its headquarters in Ibadan.
Position: Pastry Cook
Contract: 3-year renewable contract
Location: Ibadan
Duties:
- Collaborate with the Pastry Chef in menu planning.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Prepare work schedules and manage records.
- Check quality of ingredients and equipment.
- Decorate pastries with various icings and toppings.
Qualifications: O’ level, Trade Test certificate in Hotel and Catering Management with at least three (3) years of relevant experience.
