Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture is seeking qualified Nigerian nationals for the position of Line Chef at our headquarters in Ibadan.
Position: Line Chef
Contract: 3-year renewable contract
Location: Ibadan
Duties:
- Guide and mentor kitchen assistants.
- Manage and organize section stock effectively.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef for daily specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the shift supervisor.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: National Diploma in Hospitality and Management with 2 years of related experience.
Certification in Food Safety is a plus.
