Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is seeking a dedicated Custodian II to join our team in Ibadan. This is a 3-year renewable contract position.
Duties: Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of offices, managing material requisition, distributing toiletries, monitoring contractor performance, and record-keeping of cleaning activities.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Trade Test Certificate with at least 8 years of relevant experience or a National Diploma in Business Administration with 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Competencies: The ideal applicant will have knowledge of office cleanliness, be hardworking, and exhibit strong attention to detail.
