Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Driver and Logistics Assistant. This is a 3-year renewable contract based in Abuja, with a closing date for applications on October 20, 2025.
The ideal candidate will drive IITA vehicles, maintain logbooks, perform routine vehicle checks, assist with loading and unloading cargo, and handle logistics tasks such as receiving visitors and ensuring materials are delivered. A National Diploma and a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role are required, along with a valid driver’s license.
