Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead mental health strategy development and implementation. You will design evidence-based programs, coordinate stakeholders, monitor outcomes, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in mental health program management, strong leadership and communication skills, expertise in data-driven evaluation, and a master’s degree in public health, psychology, social work, or a related field.
