Job Description

We are seeking a Project Advisor to lead policy dialogue and strengthen value chain engagement for agricultural and sustainable development projects. The role advises on policy analysis, stakeholder mapping, partnership development, and implementation of multi-stakeholder initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in policy or value chain advisory roles, strong communication and facilitation skills, experience with donor-funded programs, and a relevant degree. Responsibilities include designing engagement strategies, advising project teams, monitoring policy impacts, and building consensus among private sector, government, and civil society partners.
