Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for addressing customer needs, processing online orders, and managing phone inquiries. You will also manage customer complaints, coordinate with courier companies, and perform daily routine tasks.
Responsibilities: Receive online orders, manage our website and social media, convert leads into sales, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements: Minimum OND qualification, 1 year of experience, and residency in or around Lekki.
