Job Description
ipNX Nig Ltd seeks a full-time Office Assistant to manage store operations: receive goods and generate GRNs; issue stock against approved requisitions; record receipts and issues in SUN Systems; track equipment returns; perform quarterly and spot stock counts; source vendor quotes; conduct market surveys; handle materials logistics and stores; and forward purchase documents to Finance. Qualifications: ND in Business Administration or related field, minimum 2 years industry experience in storekeeping, inventory management, warehousing/logistics, and familiarity with SAGE Line 500, EWMS, and SUN Accounting. Salary: ₦120,00 per month. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
