Job Description

As a Fiber OSP Maintenance Supervisor you will lead and mentor a field crew performing outside plant fiber maintenance and emergency repairs. You will oversee splicing, OTDR testing, fault locating, preventive maintenance, inventory control, work scheduling and safety compliance. Coordinate with network operations to restore service quickly and document work orders and reports. Minimum 3 years OSP fiber experience and prior supervisor or lead role preferred. Hands-on fusion splicing and OTDR skills, strong troubleshooting, communication, and ability to work nights/on-call required. Valid driver’s license and safety certifications are a plus.
