Job Description
We seek a proactive Business Development and Grants Executive to identify funding opportunities, cultivate partners, and manage grant proposals and reporting to drive organizational growth.
Responsibilities: research prospects, develop proposals, manage relationships, track budgets and compliance, and coordinate with teams. Requirements: 3+ years in BD or grant management, excellent writing, negotiation, project management, and MS Office/CRM skills.
Ideal candidate: strategic thinker, detail-oriented, comfortable with deadlines and stakeholders, and committed to impact.
