Job Description
J3 Foods and Store International, an FMCG distributor with branches across Lagos, Ibadan, Ogun, Ondo, and Osun, seeks a full-time Customer Experienced Cashier based in Berger, Lagos. You will promptly handle customer inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email, in-person), confirm and log orders, liaise with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely dispatch, maintain direct-buyer records and a customer database, proactively follow up on orders, resolve complaints and escalate to Head HR/Admin or MD when needed, and work directly with the MD to nurture buyer relationships while sharing customer insights with sales and marketing.
