Job Description
Join our team as a Talent Specialist to source, attract, and hire top talent. You will manage full-cycle recruiting: create job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and support onboarding. Maintain the applicant tracking system, build candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics, and improve sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, excellent communication and interviewing skills, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Organized, proactive, and candidate-focused professionals are encouraged to apply.
