Job Description
Join us as a Front Desk Executive to welcome visitors, manage phone lines, schedule appointments, and maintain a professional reception area. You will handle check-ins, basic administrative tasks, mail sorting, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates have excellent communication and customer service skills, familiarity with office software, and a polite, organized demeanor. Previous reception or hospitality experience and bilingual abilities are a plus. This full-time role requires punctuality, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
