Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Officer to join our team at JFK TECH TRAINING. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing students, managing inquiries via email, phone, in-person, and WhatsApp.
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and supporting our admissions team. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from ₦150.00 to ₦200.00 per month.
