Job Description
We are seeking a Grants Officer to manage the grant lifecycle, including researching funding opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, monitoring award compliance, managing budgets and reports, and maintaining donor relationships. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of grants experience, excellent writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with grant reporting and budgeting. Responsibilities include tracking deadlines, coordinating with program teams, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and preparing timely financial and narrative reports. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with grant databases or CRM systems are preferred.
