Job Description
Jimlad Dev Limited seeks a Remote Sales Supervisor based in Lagos to lead a small sales team, generate leads, close deals, and drive monthly growth. You will develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, coach reps, maintain client relationships, and prepare forecasts. Minimum 2–4 years in sales roles with a strong record of meeting targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, CRM familiarity, and a HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Full-time role; salary ₦80,00–₦100,00/month. Proven ability to work independently, build trust with clients, and deliver results is required.
