Job Description
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos. Salary: ₦300,00–₦350,00 (negotiable to ₦450,00). Full-time role overseeing front- and back-of-house across outlets: train and monitor staff, enforce standards, supervise maintenance and stock deliveries, coordinate with bakery and delivery teams, manage admin inquiries, schedule meetings, assist training and performance reviews, and support ad-hoc projects. Qualifications: experience in restaurant/bakery/hospitality and a degree in Business Administration or related; organized and trend-aware.
