Job Description
The Project & Operations Lead at JNC in Abuja, Nigeria (Full-time) will oversee daily execution of a government program, managing operational planning, process improvements, risk mitigation, team coordination, and vendor performance. Responsibilities include developing annual and quarterly work plans, budgets and timelines; streamlining workflows; ensuring compliance with regulations and donor requirements; supervising support teams (communications, events); and coordinating cross-functional leads. KPIs include budget and timeline adherence (±5% deviation), tracked risk resolution, resource-efficiency ratios, and 95%+ implementation of coordination actions. Compensation: From ₦1,00,00/month.
