Job Description
JNC seeks a full-time Project & Operations Lead in Abuja, Nigeria to oversee daily execution of a government program. The role manages operational planning, budgets and timelines, streamlines processes, mitigates risks, supervises core support teams (communications, events), coordinates with Programs, Partnerships and PMO leads, and manages vendors. Key KPIs: budget/timeline adherence (±5%), tracked risk resolution, resource-efficiency ratio, and 95%+ implementation of agreed action items. Compensation starts from ₦1,00,00 per month.
